Project-Specific Training Program. In accordance with Section 3.5 of the Agreement, Contractor shall design and conduct at the Site, or other locations and times mutually agreeable to the Parties, a Project-specific training program for Operator’s personnel covering the following: Training Program Trainer Intended Trainees Project Orientation / Safety Contractor All client / Contractors’ personnel on SITE Basic Technical Training Owner Technician level personnel Basic General Maintenance Owner Maintenance Personnel Laboratory Training Contractor/Subcontractor Laboratory personnel Basic Equipment Maintenance Contractor Maintenance and Operations personnel In-depth Equipment Maintenance Contractor will supply Subcontractor training courses to the Owner at Owner’s cost. Owner will develop and implement the maintenance training program, and Contractor will assist Owner as required.
