Common use of Project Status Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Project Status Evaluation. ECOLOGY may evaluate the status at any time. ECOLOGY’s Project Manager and Financial Manager will meet with the RECIPIENT to review spending trends, completion of outcome measures, and overall project administration and performance. If the RECIPIENT fails to make satisfactory progress toward achieving project outcomes, ECOLOGY may change the scope of work, reduce grant funds, or increase oversight measures.
