Common use of Project Supplies Clause in Contracts

Project Supplies. 5.1 Subject to clause 5.2, the Collaborating Institution will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining equipment and supplies necessary to provide the Collaboration Services (Collaboration Supplies). 5.2 Where specified in the Project Document:‌ (a) the Collaborating Institution may apply Collaboration Payments to procure certain Collaboration Supplies, and (b) the Commissioned Organisation may arrange the supply of certain Collaboration Supplies, which will thereafter be maintained and (if necessary) replaced by the Collaborating Institution, and Collaboration Supplies obtained or procured under clause 5.2(a) or 5.2(b) will vest in the Collaborating Country in which they are located upon completion of the Project.
