Projects Involving Construction or Renovation. For all projects requiring building construction or renovation, the construction/renovation must comply with the City building code and all zoning regulations. Additionally, for construction/renovation projects, including façade improvements, a City official will complete a site inspection prior to reimbursements to ensure that materials for which a reimbursement is requested are in place on the building. Reimbursements for construction/building materials and façade improvements will only be made once the materials are in place.
