Common use of Promise Not to Solicit Clause in Contracts

Promise Not to Solicit. You will not at any time during the term of your employment with the Company or prior to the first anniversary of the date of termination of your employment with the Company, induce or attempt to induce any employees, consultants, contractors or representatives of the Company (or those of any of its affiliates) ("Company Representatives") to stop working for, contracting with or representing the Company or any of its affiliates or to induce or attempt to induce any Company Representative under an exclusive contractual arrangement with the Company or its affiliates to work for, contract with or represent any of the Company's competitors.

You will not at any time during the term period of your employment with by the Company or prior to and until the first anniversary of the date of termination of your employment with the Company, induce or attempt to induce any employees, consultants, contractors or representatives of the Company (or those of any of its affiliates) ("Company Representatives") to stop working for, contracting with or representing the Company or any of its affiliates or or, with respect to induce or attempt to induce any Company Representative of the foregoing under an exclusive contractual arrangement with the Company or its affiliates Company, to work for, contract with or represent any of the Company's (or its affiliates') competitors.
