Common use of PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE Clause in Contracts

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Row House or the Town House Unit and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such Row House or the Town House Unit.

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Row House or the Town House Unit and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such Row House or the Town House Unit.

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Row House or the Town House Unit / Bungalow, and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such Row House or the Town House Unit/ Bungalow.

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement he it shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Row House or the Town House Designated Unit and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything any contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take purchase such Row House or the Town House Designated Unit.

After the Promoter executes this Agreement he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Row House or the Town House Unit [Apartment/Building] and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such Row House or the Town House Unit[Apartment/Building].

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Row House or the Town House Unit said [Apartment/ Building] and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or for charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee Allottee(s) who has taken or agreed to take such Row House or the Town House Unit[Apartment/ Building].

After the Promoter executes this Agreement he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Row House or the Town House Unit [Apartment/ Building] and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such Row House or the Town House Unit[Apartment/Building].

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Row House or the Town House Unit and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such Row House Unit. During the period of construction or before that, the Town House Unitpromoter may obtain construction Finance but without creating any liability on Allottee.

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement he it shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Row House or the Town House Unit ‘Said Unit’ and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such Row House or the Town House ‘Said Unit’.

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Row House or the Town House Unit house/bungalow and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such Row House or the Town House Unithouse/bungalow.
