Common use of Promotion of Port Commerce Clause in Contracts

Promotion of Port Commerce. Tenant agrees that throughout the term of this Lease it will, insofar as practicable, promote and aid the movement of passengers and freight through facilities within the territorial limits of Landlord. Tenant further agrees that all incoming shipments of commodities that it may be able to control or direct shall be made through facilities within the territorial limits of Landlord if there will be no resulting cost or time disadvantage to Tenant. 23.14. Nondiscrimination – Services.
