PROMOTION OF THE EWC BY THE COMPETITOR - AND LOGISTICAL SUPPORT. 4.1 DSE grants to the Competitor for the duration of this Agreement a non-exclusive worldwide, royalty free, non-transferable license to use the Official EWC Logo and the Official FIM logo (the “EWC Trademark”, as depicted in Appendix 2), for the purposes expressly set out in this Clause 4. The Rider acknowledges that it shall withdraw such use of the EWC Trademark upon DSE’s first request, in case EWC Trademark does not follow the guidelines as depicted in Appendix 2, or if such use is in breach of the present Agreement. 4.2 The Competitor hereby agrees that it shall ensure that the EWC official name and/or Official EWC Logo is included in each advertisement or promotional material relating to the Competitor’s participation in the 0000 XXX. 4.3 If requested by either DSE or FIM, the Competitor also undertakes to display the Official EWC Logo and/or the Official FIM Logo on banners, flags, and any other signage displayed at each Event. 4.4 If requested by either DSE or FIM, the Competitor specifically undertakes to apply on the racing overalls to be worn by each of its riders participating in the EWC, the Official EWC Logo and/or the Official FIM Logo. The Competitor shall ensure that each of its Riders wear such overalls accordingly, while participating in the EWC and to ensure such logos are kept in place and remain visible for all promotional activities undertaken by, for or on behalf of DSE, or the Competitor. 4.5 The Competitor shall not modify the names or logos of the EWC or the FIM, or develop, adopt, or use any name or logo for any competition other than the EWC, and more generally, shall not use the logos depicted in Appendix 2 other than for the purposes set out in this Clause 4. 4.6 The pit walk shall take place at the time stated in the Event schedule and in accordance with the rulings issued by FIM and DSE and the Competitor shall co-operate to ensure its successful organisation. At this time, the Rider/s will be present in front of their pit garages so that the public entering the pit lane will be able to get autographs, pictures, etc. An adequate number of supports and “tend flex” barriers shall be used to limit the assigned pit area. 4.7 The Competitor shall also make available at all Events its Riders and other relevant personnel for such EWC promotional opportunities as reasonably requested by DSE, including without limitation:
