PROMOTION TO THE STATUS OF SENIOR TUTOR. 3.5.1 A Tutor will be considered for promotion to Senior Tutor where a case can be made on contribution to the department in teaching and administration and/or service and the needs of the Faculty and the University. The Faculty Staffing Committee in particular will look for evidence of teaching ability and administration and/or service. Contributions to the achievement of the University’s EEO and EEdO objectives, e.g. as mentor, role model, adviser, may be taken into account.
