Licensee shall not give away Articles or sell Articles in connection with any tie-in or promotional campaign involving products other than Articles (including products bearing the Licensed Mxxx), or include Articles as part of any gift sets, gift-with-purchase or purchase-with-purchase involving products other than Articles (including products bearing the Licensed Mxxx) without the prior written consent of the Company.
