Common use of Proof of Action Clause in Contracts

Proof of Action. The Bank shall have received a certified copy of all action taken by the Borrower to authorize the execution and delivery of this Agreement, the Note, the Related Agreements and any and all other agreements and documents which have been or are to be executed and delivered as part of the Loan.

Proof of Action.
