Common use of Proof of Age 3 Clause in Contracts

Proof of Age 3. 4.1 The Team Manager for all age categories must have readily available proof of age for all players in their team. The following will only be accepted as proof of age: BIRTH CERTIFICATE, NSW DRIVER LICENCE, PASSPORT or PROOF OF AGE CARD Teams using players within their teams without the required proof of age are liable to be disqualified if a protest is lodged and the player concerned cannot verify their age. Also, any player, who cannot provide this identification, will be disqualified from further competition.
