PROOF OF LICENSE. The Contractor must provide to each Licensee who places a Purchase Order either: (i) the Product developer’s certified License Confirmation Certificates in the name of such Licensee; or (ii) a written confirmation from the Proprietary owner accepting Product invoice as proof of license. Contractor shall submit a sample certificate, or alternatively such written confirmation from the proprietary developer. Such certificates must be in a form acceptable to the Licensee.

PROOF OF LICENSE. If you acquired the software on a disc or other media, a genuine Microsoft Proof of License label with a genuine copy of the software identifies licensed software. To be valid, this label must appear on Microsoft packaging and may not be transferred separately. If you receive the label separately, it is invalid. You should keep the packaging that has the label on it to prove that you are licensed to use the software. To identify genuine Microsoft software, see xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx.

A valid license may also include a Windows activation file installed on the licensed device by [OEM]. If there is a COA or other Windows label, it must be affixed to the licensed device or appear on the [OEM]’s software packaging or peripherals when purchased. Contractor shall submit the certificate, or alternatively such written confirmation from Microsoft to the benefit of the Eligible User. Such certificates must be in a form acceptable to the Eligible User.

PROOF OF LICENSE. Your Proof of License will specify: (a) the Software licensed, (b) the license term, (c) the total number of authorized users (including individual users and maximum concurrent users), and (d) any other applicable terms (e.g., Expiration Date, use restrictions (such as open source projects or commercial use) authorized location(s) for a site license, etc.). Additionally, if your Proof of License includes additional services, then it will also specify the (e) service and (f) service term. If your rights to Software or services are limited in duration and the date such rights begin is other than the purchase date, your Proof of License will provide that beginning date(s). The Proof of License may be delivered to you in various ways depending on the manner in which you obtain Software and services; for example, the Proof of License may be provided in your receipt, invoice or your contract with GitKraken or its Affiliate or authorized GitKraken reseller. It may also be in electronic form if you download Software. If your Proof of License does not set forth the license term or number of authorized users, then the license term shall be for one (1) year, and the number of authorized users shall each be one (1), as applicable. If you do not have a Proof of License, then such software shall be an Evaluation Product and your rights shall be as set forth in Section 2.1 above.

The Contractor and pesticide technicians shall be properly licensed by the Ohio Department of Agriculture and shall be in compliance with all existing federal, state, and local regulations governing the performance of pest control work and the use of pest control materials.
