Common use of Proof of Age Clause in Contracts

Proof of Age. The statement of the Annuitant's age and, where applicable that of the Annuitant’s Spouse, contained in the Annuitant's Application shall constitute a certification by the Annuitant thereof and an undertaking by the Annuitant to provide any further evidence or proof of age as may be required. The Trustee shall be entitled to rely on all information provided in the Application, and shall be under no duty to make further inquiry thereto.
