Common use of Proof of Age Clause in Contracts

Proof of Age. The statement of the Annuitant's date of birth, and if applicable that of the Annuitant's Spouse, on the Application shall constitute a certification by the Annuitant thereof and an undertaking to furnish such further evidence of proof of age as may be required for the provision of a retirement income. The Trustee shall be entitled to rely on all information provided in the Application, and shall be under no duty to make further inquiry thereto.
