Common use of Proof of Authority Clause in Contracts

Proof of Authority. Such proof of each party that constitutes Seller’s authority and authorization to enter into this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby, and such proof of the power and authority of the individual(s) executing and/or delivering any instruments, documents or certificates on behalf of Seller to act for and bind Seller, as may be reasonably required by Title Company;

Proof of Authority. Such proof of each party that constitutes Seller’s authority and authorization to enter into this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby, and such proof of the power and authority of the individual(s) executing and/or delivering any instruments, documents or certificates on behalf of Seller to act for and bind Seller, as may be reasonably required by Title Company;; and

Proof of Authority. Such proof of each party that constitutes Seller’s authority and authorization to enter into this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby, and such proof of the power and authority of the individual(s) executing and/or delivering any instruments, documents or certificates on behalf of Seller to act for and bind Seller, as may be reasonably required by Title Company;

Such proof of each party that constitutes Seller’s 's authority and authorization to enter into this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby, and such proof of the power and authority of the individual(s) executing and/or or delivering any instruments, documents or certificates on behalf of any Seller to act for and bind Seller, any Seller as may be reasonably required by Title Company;; and

Such proof of each party that constitutes Seller’s 's authority and authorization to enter into this Agreement and consummate the transactions transactions, contemplated hereby, and such proof of the power and authority of the individual(s) executing and/or delivering any instruments, documents or certificates on behalf of Seller to act for and bind Seller, Seller as may be reasonably required by Title Company;; and

Proof of Authority. Such proof of each party that constitutes Seller’s authority and authorization to enter into this Agreement and consummate the transactions transaction contemplated hereby, by it and such proof of the power and authority of the individual(s) persons executing and/or delivering any instruments, documents documents, or certificates on behalf of Seller to act for and bind Seller, as may be reasonably required by Title Company;the Escrow Holder and/or the City.
