Common use of Proof of Compliance Clause in Contracts

Proof of Compliance. Within a reasonable time following Xxxxxxxx's written request which Landlord may give at any time and give from time to time, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord copies of official receipts of the appropriate taxing authorities, or other proof reasonably satisfactory to Landlord, evidencing the timely payment of such Impositions.
