Common use of Proof of Compliance Clause in Contracts

Proof of Compliance. Tenant shall furnish to County at least three (3) days before the date when any tax, assessment, or charge would become delinquent, receipts or other appropriate evidence establishing their payment. Tenant may comply with this requirement by retaining a tax service to notify County whether the taxes have been paid.
