Proof of Indebtedness. The Lender's records shall be prima facie proof as to:
Proof of Indebtedness. The records of the Lender as to the amount outstanding hereunder, or as to payment of any money payable hereunder or any part thereof being in default or of any demand for payment having been made shall be prima facie proof of such fact.
Proof of Indebtedness. A certificate under the hand of any officer of Oakhurst or under the hand of its auditors (who's capacities as such will not need to be proven) shall constitute prima facie proof of any amounts owing in terms of this agreement.
Proof of Indebtedness. A certificate under the hand of any officer of the Insurer or under the hand of its auditors (who’s capacities as such will not need to be proven) shall constitute prima facie proof of any amounts owning in terms of this Agreement.
Proof of Indebtedness. 14.1. A certificate signed by Shop2Shop as to the amount owing by the Agent to Shop2Shop in terms of this Agreement, and as to any other fact, matter or thing relating to the Agent’s indebtedness to Shop2Shop in terms of the this Agreement, will, in the absence of manifest error, be prima facie proof of the matters therein stated for all purposes, including for the purposes of furnishing further particulars, obtaining provisional sentence or other judgment against the Agent.

A certificate under the hand of any director or manager of the Lender (whose appointment as such it shall not be necessary to prove), shall (in the absence of manifest error) constitute prima facie proof of any amount (whether capital or Interest or other) payable by the Borrower to the Lender in terms hereof and the fact that the same is due and payable for all purposes and shall be sufficient proof of the contents thereof for the purposes of provisional sentence or summary judgement against the Borrower in any competent court and be treated as a liquid document for such purpose.

A certificate under the hand of any director of the Lender shall (in the absence of manifest error) constitute prima facie proof of any amount (whether capital or interest or other) payable by the Borrower to the Lender in terms of this Agreement and the fact that the same is due and payable for all purposes and shall be sufficient proof of the contents thereof for the purposes of provisional sentence or summary judgment against the Borrower in any competent court and be treated as a liquid document for such purpose.
Proof of Indebtedness. The Lender shall, in accordance with its conventional business practices, make accounting entries and records related to this Agreement in its books of accounts. The accounting document issued by the Lender certifying the debts owed to the Lender by the Borrower under this Agreement shall, in the absence of manifest error, be the conclusive evidence of such debts.
