Proof of insurance and inspection of insurance policy certificates. (a) Each Participant must make available for inspection by the other Participants certificates of currency for insurance required by this Agreement to be taken out by that Participant and any Subcontractors engaged by that Participant. (b) Whenever requested by a Participant, the other Participants must produce certificates of currency to the satisfaction of the requesting Participant of the insurance taken out under this Agreement. (c) To comply with this clause 23.5, a Participant is not required to do any act or thing which may constitute a breach of the insurance policy.
