Proof of Professional Liability Insurance. During the term of the Agreement and any extensions thereof, the Attorney shall secure and maintain a policy of comprehensive professional liability insurance with an insurance company licensed to do business in the state of Washington.

Proof of Professional Liability Insurance. Contractor will, at Contractor's sole expense, obtain and maintain during the life of this Contract, a policy of comprehensive general liability and professional liability insurance. Said policy shall have limits of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence and be placed with an insurer authorized to do business in the State of Washington. Certificates issued by the insurance carrier showing such insurance to be in force shall be filed with the City not less than ten days following signingof this Contract.
Proof of Professional Liability Insurance. During the term of this Agreement and any extensions thereof, the Attorney shall secure and maintain a policy of comprehensive professional liability insurance with an insurance company licensed to do business in the State of Washington, covering Attorney or any employed counsel; additionally, Attorney shall not associate any attorney who is not likewise covered. The minimum policy limits of coverage shall be $100,000 per person and $300,000 per occurrence and a copy of such proof shall be provided to the City Clerk.
