Contractor will. A. Perform medical evaluation and management for patients at baseline and during treatment to monitor for potential adverse drug reactions, including at least a monthly history of symptoms related to adverse drug reactions for the medications prescribed and appropriate clinical assessment or laboratory tests for adverse drug reactions as described in the American Thoracic Society (ATS) Treatment of Tuberculosis (2003) or latest version, available at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/mmwr/PDF/rr/rr5211.pdf.
Contractor will. (i) maintain all necessary personnel and payroll records for its employees and contractors, (ii) withhold from its employees’ compensation any taxes, charges or other payroll deductions required by law; (iii) remit such taxes and charges to the appropriate government entity; (iv) pay net wages and fringe benefits, if any, directly to employees; (v) provide for liability insurance as specified herein; and (vi) provide workers’ compensation insurance coverage in amounts as required by law.
Contractor will. A. Expend funds under the Contract to administer and dispense opioid agonist and partial agonist medications approved for the treatment of pregnant or postpartum women with moderate or severe opioid use disorders in combination with providing counseling and behavioral therapy to include other supportive services to sustain recovery, change potential self-destructive behaviors and employ techniques to address motivation and engagement.
Contractor will. A. Overview
Contractor will. 1.1. Conduct regular meetings with each assigned practice every two (2) weeks or at a frequency agreed upon between the Contractor and the practice and approved by State.
Contractor will. 1) Provide WWP with the name and contact information for an employee of CONTRACTOR who will serve as WWP’s primary security contact and who will be available to assist WWP in resolving obligations associated with a Security Breach.
Contractor will. 5.4.2.1 Provide the Radio Shop with an RMA, provide a new Subscriber Radio replacement unit with the latest firmware release, and reimburse the Radio Shop and End User Agency for their costs (including troubleshooting time, owner travel time, removal and installation of the radio, reprogramming, and inventory actions).
Contractor will. A. Be responsible to purchase, maintain, and supply dispensed consumable products and other supplies. Consumable products dispensed will be defined as soap, paper towels, toilet paper, feminine hygiene products, toilet seat covers, trash can liners, , urinal cakes, urinal screens, urinal splash guards, and carpet guards (Scotch Guard or equivalent).
Contractor will. A. Provide full services for all of OCCR facilities on a continuous and as needed basis. Day xxxxxx services will be performed between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm or per the schedule when the facility serves the public and thorough cleaning will be performed between 30 minutes after close and 5:00 am. CONTRACTOR will perform any janitorial function that is required to provide and maintain clean acilities.
Contractor will. Provide expedited response to a service calls by the County or the County’s Parking Operator. Priority Definition: There are four priority levels for service requests ranging from Priority-1 (the highest priority) to Priority-4 (the lowest priority). Each priority level will have a required response time, as further defined in table below.
