The Proper Configuration clause requires that equipment, software, or systems be set up and maintained according to specified standards or requirements. In practice, this means the responsible party must ensure all components are installed, updated, and adjusted as necessary to function correctly and securely, such as configuring network devices to meet security protocols or software to comply with operational guidelines. This clause helps prevent operational failures, security breaches, or non-compliance by ensuring that all relevant systems are properly prepared and maintained throughout the contract term.
Proper Configuration. Licensee will ensure proper configuration and functioning of the Equipment with the local area network before the Software is installed. Installation visits due to improper configuration will be at prevailing conditions and rates.

  • Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement. Such Detail Specification will be revised to include (i) changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates and (ii) other changes as mutually agreed upon by Boeing and Customer.

  • AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION The guarantees defined below ("the Guarantees") are applicable to the A330-200 Aircraft as described in the Technical Specification ***, as amended by the Specification Change Notices ("SCN's") for:

  • Service Specification The Parties have agreed upon the scope and specification of the Services provided under this Service Agreement in the Service Specification.

  • Technical Specifications The purpose of the Technical Specifications (TS), is to define the technical characteristics of the Goods and Related Services required by the Procuring Entity. The Procuring Entity shall prepare the detailed TS consider that:
