Proper Dress. It is agreed that the following grooming and dress code provisions shall apply to all bargaining unit employees. It is further understood that in the eyes of guests, employees represent the hotel. Therefore the parties acknowledge the importance of taking a special interest in grooming. All employees shall be expected to apply neatness and good taste in their dress and grooming. Uniforms or outfits shall be appropriate, clean and well pressed. In addition, shoes shall be cleaned and nails shall be cleaned and neatly manicured.
