Common use of Proper Nominations Clause in Contracts

Proper Nominations. 6.6.1 For the purposes of this Agreement, “Proper Nomination” means a nomination which has been made in accordance with the requirements of Articles 6.5.3, 6.5.4, 6.5.5 or 6.5.7 and Articles 6.6.2 and 6.6.3. “Properly Nominated” means in relation to a quantity of Gas in respect of any Day, the Proper Nomination.
