Property and Personal Damage. Contractor's Responsibility for Property and Personal Damages - Except as provided in Loss, Damage, or Destruction, the Contractor will be responsible for all damages to property and to persons, including third parties that occur as a result of Contractor or Contractor's agents or employee fault or negligence. The term "third parties" is construed to include employees of the Government.
