Common use of Property Coverage Clause in Contracts

Property Coverage. At all times during the Term, Landlord shall obtain and maintain in force an “all-risk type” or equivalent policy form, and shall include fire, theft, extended coverages, vandalism, and malicious mischief on the Building during the Term and any extension thereof. Landlord may obtain, at Landlord’s discretion, coverage for flood and earthquake if commercially available at reasonable rates. Such insurance shall also include coverage against loss of rental income.
