Property Destroyed or Damaged. In the event that the Employer's property is damaged or destroyed so that the employees cannot perform their regular work, the union and the Employer shall agree upon a method to layoff the employees of that particular area. If no agreement can be reached, the general layoff provision of Article 16 shall apply.
