Role of Seniority in Promotions and Transfers The parties hereto agree that promotion shall be on the basis of qualification and seniority; in the event that applicants for a given position are similarly qualified, the position shall be awarded to the applicant with the greater seniority in the bargaining unit.
REPORTING IN PAY 22.01 Any employee who has not been notified in advance “not to report for work”, and who reports for his regular scheduled shift, will be given at least four (4) hours work. If no work is available, he will be paid for a minimum of four (4) hours, at his base hourly rate.
VACANCIES, PROMOTIONS AND TRANSFERS A. The Board recognizes that it is desirable in making assignments to consider the educational goals of the district and the interests and aspirations of its teachers. Requests by a teacher for transfer to a different class, building, or position shall be made in writing, one (1) copy of which shall be filed with the Association. The application shall set forth the applicant’s academic qualifications. Such requests shall be reviewed once each year to assure active consideration by the Board.

Notification of Changes Subscriber agrees and covenants to notify the Company immediately upon the occurrence of any event prior to the consummation of this Offering that would cause any representation, warranty, covenant or other statement contained in this Agreement to be false or incorrect or of any change in any statement made herein occurring prior to the consummation of this Offering.
Personnel Changes The Contractor may remove its personnel assigned to perform under this Contract and substitute other qualified personnel. Any removals or replacements by Contractor shall be at no additional cost to the Department.
