Common use of Property Insured Clause in Contracts

Property Insured. The property damage insurance shall provide coverage for (i) the buildings, structures, boilers, machinery, equipment, facilities, fixtures, supplies, and other properties constituting a part of the Facility, (ii) the cost of recreating plans, drawings or any other documents or computer system records, (iii) electronic equipment, (iv) foundations and other property below the surface of the ground and (v) LNG which is owned by Owner or for which Owner is contractually required to insure.

Property Insured. The property damage insurance shall provide coverage for (i) the buildings, structures, boilers, machinery, equipment, facilities, fixtures, supplies, and other properties constituting a part of the FacilityProject, (ii) the cost of recreating plans, drawings or any other documents or computer system records, (iii) electronic equipment, (iv) foundations and other property below the surface of the ground and (v) LNG LGN which is owned by the Owner or for which the Owner is contractually required to insure.

Property Insured. The property damage insurance shall ---------------- provide coverage for (i) the buildings, structures, boilers, machinery, equipment, facilities, fixtures, supplies, supplies and other properties constituting a part of the FacilityImprovements, (ii) the cost of recreating plans, drawings or any other documents or computer system records, (iii) electronic equipment, and (iv) foundations and other property below the surface of the ground and (v) LNG which is owned by Owner or for which Owner is contractually required to insureground.

Property Insured. The property damage insurance shall provide coverage for (i) the buildings, structures, boilers, machinery, turbines, equipment, facilities, fixtures, supplies, fuel and other properties constituting a part of the FacilityProject, (ii) steam and electrical transmission lines along with related equipment for which the Companies have an insurable interest, (iii) the cost of recreating plans, drawings or any other documents or computer system records, (iiiiv) electronic equipment, equipment and (ivv) foundations and other property below the surface of the ground and (v) LNG which is owned by Owner or for which Owner is contractually required to insureground.

Property Insured. The property damage insurance shall provide coverage for (i) the buildings, structures, boilers, machinery, equipment, facilities, fixtures, supplies, and other properties constituting a part of the FacilityProject, (ii) the cost of recreating plans, drawings or any other documents or computer system records, (iii) electronic equipment, (iv) foundations and other property below the surface of the ground and (v) LNG LGN which is owned by Owner the Borrower or for which Owner the Borrower is contractually required to insure.

Property Insured. The property damage insurance shall provide coverage for (i) the buildings, structures, boilers, machinery, equipment, facilities, fixtures, supplies, all real and other properties personal property constituting a part of the FacilityProject in respect of which the Borrower has an insurable interest, (ii) the cost of recreating plans, drawings or any other documents or computer system records, (iii) electronic equipment, equipment and (iv) foundations and other property below the surface of the ground and (v) LNG which is owned by Owner or for which Owner is contractually required to insureground.

Property Insured. The property damage insurance shall provide coverage for (i) the buildings, structures, boilers, machinery, equipment, facilities, fixtures, supplies, all real and other properties personal property constituting a part of the Facility, (ii) the cost of recreating plans, drawings or any other documents or computer system records, (iii) electronic equipment, equipment and (iv) foundations and other property below the surface of the ground and (v) LNG which is owned by Owner or for which Owner is contractually required to insureground.
