If we can continue to act as your electricity retailer at your new premises we will do all we can to make the transition as smooth as possible. You will need to enter into a new contract for your new premises and pay us all amounts due under a Final Bill for your old Premises. It is possible that some elements of the fees and charges applicable to your new premises may be different. We may also need to pass on to you a disconnection and connection fee if your old and new Distributors impose these charges.
