Off-Site. Installations - Developer shall further construct all transmission mains, pump stations and appurtenant facilities necessary to connect the On-Site System to the nearest appropriate point in Utility's transmission system, as determined by Utility. Utility may require Developer to oversize off-site transmission mains and appurtenant facilities in a manner consistent with Utility's Wastewater System Master Plan. The costs associated with construction of over-sized facilities which provide Utility with excess capacity for the benefit of other properties may be subject to refundable advance treatment pursuant to Utility's Service Availability Policy. The same construction standards, warranty requirements, maintenance bond requirements, transfer of title by Xxxx of Sale, and indemnification requirements, as provided under paragraph 5. of this Agreement, shall also apply to the Off-Site installations.
Off-Site. The off-site portion of this engagement will consist of NLCS devoting significant time reviewing notes from its visits with the Service Providers, continuing follow-up and communication with necessary Service Provider personnel, Trust officers, legal advisors, etc. and preparing any amendments and proposing drafts of policies and procedures as may be required under Phase II.
Off-Site is not located in a public third-party warehouse or on premises owned, leased or rented by a Loan Party and, in each case, set forth in Schedule 1.01(2) (as such schedule may be amended or supplemented from time to time);
Off-Site. Inventory that (i) is not located on premises owned, leased or rented by a Credit Party and set forth in Schedule 3.21 or (ii) is stored at a leased location, unless (x) a reasonably satisfactory landlord waiver has been delivered to Administrative Agent and such Inventory is segregated or otherwise separately identifiable from goods of others, if any, stored on such leased premises, or (y) Reserves of three months’ rent have been established with respect thereto, (iii) is stored with a bailee or warehouseman unless (x) a reasonably satisfactory, acknowledged bailee letter has been received by Administrative Agent with respect thereto and such Inventory is segregated or otherwise separately identifiable from goods of others, if any, stored at such location and (y) Reserves of three months’ rent have been established with respect thereto, or (iv) is located at an owned or leased location subject to a mortgage (other than a mortgage subject to the Intercreditor Agreement) in favor of a lender other than Administrative Agent, unless (x) a reasonably satisfactory mortgagee waiver has been delivered to Administrative Agent or (y) Reserves of three months’ mortgage interest have been established with respect thereto;
Off-Site. Lessee may lease up to an additional thirty-five (35) spaces through Lessor on the Pepsi Center site immediately north and adjacent to the Premises. Lessee shall give Lessor ninety (90) days advance written notice of its desire to lease off-site spaces. Lessee may increase the number of off-site spaces with additional advance written notice to Lessor, but may not decrease the number of spaces leased by previous notice. Rental shall be at market rate (as established by the Pepsi Center) and is subject to increases on thirty (30) day advance written notice. Off-site spaces will be available 6:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday. In the event of a daytime Pepsi Center event during the available time/date, the Pepsi Center has reserved the right to relocate the spaces to another location on the Pepsi Center site. ADDENDUM ONE

JHS Infirmary Care Services Provided: Criteria: 24-hour Skilled Nursing Care Daily Provider Rounds Treatment and Management of Complex Disease States Medication Administration Activities of Daily Living Assistance Alcohol Detoxification Inmates who meet diagnostic criteria that require 24-hour skilled nursing care are housed in the KCCF Infirmary. Examples include but are not limited to: Patients requiring medical detoxification/withdrawal management Individuals with non-stable medical conditions such as: need for kidney dialysis, wired jaws, newly started on blood thinning medication; Individuals who are mobility impaired and/or not independent in activities of daily living; Individuals requiring IV therapy or with central lines in place; Individuals who are acutely ill, post-surgical, who require convalescent care, and those with conditions requiring extensive treatment and frequent monitoring; and Individuals with severe respiratory problems requiring nebulizer treatments, oxygen and close observation. Inmates are formally admitted to infirmary care following assessment by a physician or nurse practitioner and then monitored daily by provider and nursing staff. Discharge from the infirmary occurs either at the time of release from jail or as the patient’s condition improves and can be safely managed in general population housing. Some individuals remain in infirmary care for the duration of their incarceration. Off-Site. As part of my child's learning experiences at the school there will be occasions when they will be taken off the premises (i.e. on walks, visits, sports fixtures etc). These outings are an integral part of the school curriculum and I give permission for my child to be included on such occasions. I understand that whenever transport is involved I will be informed.
