Property Lease and Use. Lessor leases to Lessee the lot with a parcel number of S-144-NP in the Town of Springdale, Washington County, Utah (hereafter the “Premises”), which is more particularly described in Exhibit A, for use as a public parking lot, or for any other use by the Lessee that is consistent with the terms of this Agreement. Xxxxxx acknowledges and agrees that Xxxxxx has the sole and unilateral discretion to direct its operations at the Premises. Xxxxxx agrees that any parking fees generated at the Premises during the lease term will be the property of the Lessee, and the Lessor hereby assigns to Lessee all rights to these parking fees.
