Common use of PROPERTY LEFT BEHIND Clause in Contracts

PROPERTY LEFT BEHIND. If Tenant is evicted or removes from the Premises for a period of three weeks, with rent and other charges unpaid and leaves personal property, Landlord may presume that the Tenant has abandoned the property and may dispose of the property in any manner that the Landlord, in its sole discretion, determines is appropriate. Landlord will not store personal property left behind except prescription medication and medical equipment, which will be stored for 7 days from the date of discovery. No notice must be provided for abandoned personal property, except if the abandoned property is a manufactured/mobile home or titled vehicle.
