Common use of Property Management Report Clause in Contracts

Property Management Report. Within forty (40) days after the end of each calendar month, a monthly property management report of Property Manager, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B, setting forth information regarding the Rental Properties with respect to the immediately preceding calendar month, together with a copy of each other report delivered by Property Manager to the REO Subsidiary pursuant to the Property Management Agreement (to the extent not delivered directly to Administrative Agent by Property Manager).

Within forty forty-five (4045) days after the end of each calendar month, a monthly property management report of Property Manager, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit BE and included along with the compliance certificate attached as Exhibit A to the Pricing Side Letter, setting forth information regarding the Rental Properties with respect to the immediately preceding calendar month, together with a copy of each other report delivered by Property Manager to the REO Subsidiary pursuant to the Property Management Agreement (to the extent not delivered directly to Administrative Agent Buyer by Property Manager).
