Common use of Property Management Services Clause in Contracts

Property Management Services. (a) Service Provider shall provide to CEOC (and, at the request of CERP, shall provide to CERP) property management services of the type provided by CEOC to CEOC’s own properties owned and/or managed by CEOC or its Affiliates prior to the Original Effective Date.
