Property of Foreign Subsidiaries. The aggregate value (based on the greater of book or market value) of the total assets owned by Foreign Subsidiaries of Borrower as of the Effective Date is no greater than 5% of the aggregate value (based on the greater of book or market value) of the total assets owned by Borrower and all of its Subsidiaries.
