Common use of Property Records Clause in Contracts

Property Records. The Subrecipient shall maintain real property inventory records, which clearly identify properties purchased, improved, or sold. Subrecipient will adhere to 2 CFR § 200.329, which requires annual reporting of real property for which there is a Federal interest. If the Federal interest extends beyond fifteen (15) years the reporting periods are multiyear reporting periods.
