Property Reimbursement Claims. The COMMITTEE will reimburse a teacher for any clothing or other personal property damaged or destroyed in the course of his employment due to assault and battery, faulty equipment, or vandalism up to seventy-five dollars ($75.00), and provided said teacher is not covered by private insurance and subrogated his or her rights of legal redress to the COMMITTEE.
