Common use of Property Review, Tax Review and Other Programs Clause in Contracts

Property Review, Tax Review and Other Programs. (a) Manager shall participate in Owner’s property review programs to the extent requested by Owner. Such review shall include asset, investment, financial and strategy profiles in form and substance satisfactory to Owner and such assistance as Owner may request in connection with appraisals of the Premises. Manager shall respond, within 10 days, to Owner’s management evaluation reports concerning actions to be taken by Manager to correct or modify its management standards for the operations or financial services provided for the Premises.
