Common use of Proposal Format Clause in Contracts

Proposal Format. a. Offerors shall submit an original of their proposals and the number of copies listed in paragraph “c” below. b. The proposals shall be organized into two (2) separate, sealed volumes. Each hard copy volume of the proposal shall be separately bound in a three-ring loose leaf binder. The original copy of each volume shall be marked, “Original,” and any copy shall be marked, “Copy.” c.
