Proposed System Architecture. For the near-term, the AutoCAD data store will be maintained till all the Utility departments are ready to fully embrace the ArcGIS platform and existing custom CAD based Once an ArcGIS platform is fully implemented as shown in the proposed system architecture diagram, data will be synchronized between CAD and Esri data stores using FME ETLs.
