Common use of Propriety Clause in Contracts

Propriety. 5.1 No member, employee, agent or consultant of the Grant Recipient or of any partner organisation of the Grant Recipient has any personal, proprietary or pecuniary interest in: 5.1.1 any person from whom the Grant Recipient is purchasing land or property for the purposes of or in connection with this Agreement; 5.1.2 any contractor engaged or to be engaged by the Grant Recipient in connection with this Agreement; 5.1.3 any land or other property to be acquired or developed refurbished or improved by the Grant Recipient for the purposes of or in connection with this Agreement. 5.2 No member, employee, agent or consultant of the Grant Recipient or any partner organisation of the Grant Recipient is, has or will be entitled to any preferential treatment by virtue of their position or associations whether in terms of: 5.2.1 access to properties developed, Rehabilitated or, disposed of pursuant to this Agreement; or 5.2.2 the prices at which such properties are let or disposed of.

Propriety. 5.1 No member, employee, agent or consultant of the Grant Recipient or of any partner organisation of the Grant Recipient has any personal, proprietary or pecuniary interest in: 5.1.1 any person from whom the Grant Recipient is purchasing land or property for the purposes of or in connection with this Agreement; 5.1.2 any contractor engaged or to be engaged by the Grant Recipient in connection with this Agreement; 5.1.3 any land or other property to be acquired or developed refurbished or improved by the Grant Recipient for the purposes of or in connection with this Agreement. 5.2 No member, employee, agent or consultant of the Grant Recipient or any partner organisation of the Grant Recipient is, has or will be entitled to any preferential treatment by virtue of their position or associations whether in terms of: 5.2.1 access to properties developed, Rehabilitated or, disposed of pursuant to this Agreement; or 5.2.2 the prices at which such properties are let or disposed of. 1 Acquisition 1.1 Purchase price of land/Site/buildings. 1.2 Stamp Duty Land Tax on the purchase price of land/Site.

Propriety. 5.1 7.1 No member, employee, agent or consultant of the Grant Recipient or of any partner organisation of the Grant Recipient has any personal, proprietary or pecuniary interest in: 5.1.1 7.1.1 any person from whom the Grant Recipient is purchasing land or property for the purposes of or in connection with this Agreement; 5.1.2 7.1.2 any contractor engaged or to be engaged by the Grant Recipient in connection with this Agreement; 5.1.3 7.1.3 any land or other property to be acquired or developed refurbished or improved by the Grant Recipient for the purposes of or in connection with this Agreement. 5.2 7.2 No member, employee, agent or consultant of the Grant Recipient or any partner organisation of the Grant Recipient is, has or will be entitled to any preferential treatment by virtue of their position or associations whether in terms of: 5.2.1 7.2.1 access to properties developed, Rehabilitated or, or disposed of pursuant to this Agreement; or 5.2.2 7.2.2 the prices at which such properties are let or disposed of.. 1 Acquisition
