Proration for Portion of Contract Year. For the purposes of paying the Percentage of Gross Receipts Fees and of determining the Percentage of Gross Receipts Fees due for any portion of a Contract Year, the Percentage of Gross Receipts Fee shall be prorated on the basis of the actual number of days in such portion of such Contract Year.
