Pros Responsibilities. (A) Provision of Subscription Service. PROS will make the Subscription Service available for use pursuant to the Scope specified in the applicable Order. (B) Support. During the Subscription Term, PROS will provide support services to Customer in accordance with PROS’ then-current Support & Service Level Agreement (located at xxxx.xxx/XxxX/XXX) for the PROS software application identified in an Order.
