PROSECUTION AND PROGRESS. A. Services under this Contract shall commence as described in Attachment A, Scope of Services. B. The CITY shall complete the services under this Contract within the time for completion specified in Attachment A, the Scope of Services, including any amendments. The time for completion may be extended by the MMSD in the event of unavoidable delay caused by war, insurrection, natural disaster, or other unexpected event beyond the control of the parties.
