PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS. All SAP and/or AP communications with any prospective Customers pertaining to the Alliance Offering (and any subsequent End User Agreements) will be in accordance with the Sales Plan and coordinated through the Alliance General Managers or their designees unless AP and SAP otherwise mutually agree in writing.
