Protecting the integrity of works and performances. The broadcaster shall protect the personality rights of the authors and performers when using the music recordings. The rights holders are at liberty in individual cases to take action in their own right against the use of their works for online use by the broadcasting organisations, e.g. in the event of violations of personality rights. In particular, the broadcaster must refrain from any distortion or other impairment that could jeopardise the image and reputation of these persons. This also applies in particular to the combination of music recordings with images or films. The programmes must not contain any racism, hate speech or threats. If there is a legitimate interest, GVL's rights holders may impose restrictions on the right of use in relation to individual performers, which must be taken into account by the broadcasters.   • NOW THEREFORE the parties hereto agree as follows:
