FURTHERMORE, ANY INSTRUCTIONS, DIRECTIONS, OR OTHER INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE BUSINESS CUSTOMER, OR ANY OF ITS SUB-USER ADMINISTRATORS, WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE BEEN AUTHORIZED BY THE BUSINESS CUSTOMER. WE AND OUR SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING THE IDENTITY OR AUTHENTICITY OF ANY PERSON CLAIMING TO BE A SUB- USER ADMINISTRATOR OF THE BUSINESS CUSTOMER. BUSINESS CUSTOMER ASSUMES ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF THE SERVICE OR COMPANY ACCOUNTS BY ITS SUB-USER ADMINISTRATOR. BUSINESS CUSTOMER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS US AND OUR SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR ANY LIABILITY AND DAMAGES RESULTING FROM OUR ACTING UPON ANY DIRECTION, INSTRUCTION, OR INFORMATION THAT IS INITIATED WITH A LOGIN ID AND PASSWORD OF A SUB-USER ADMINISTRATOR. You agree that we may send notices and other communications, including emails, to the current address shown in our records, whether or not that address includes a designation for delivery to the attention of any particular individual. You further agree that we and/or our Service Providers will not be responsible or liable to you in any way if information is intercepted by an unauthorized person, either in transit or at your place of business. In addition, you agree to require all Sub-User Administrators to keep passwords secure and strictly confidential; Immediately notify us and select a new password if you or your Sub-User Administrator believe your passwords may have become known to an unauthorized person. We may disable passwords of Sub-User Administrators even without receiving such notice from you, if we suspect passwords are being used in an unauthorized or fraudulent manner. Business Customers shall be solely responsible for the development and implementation of all commercially reasonable procedures to control access to their computer systems and to protect any data files stored thereon. Business Customers shall be solely responsible for all appropriate and commercially reasonable, physical, logical, and network security systems and devices to protect the security of data files maintained on computer(s) used to access the service as well as the protection against unauthorized access to business computers, and/or networks used to access the service. Business Customers shall be solely responsible for any and all losses and damages arising from any authorized or unauthorized access to the service. We and our Service Providers shall have no obligation, liability or control, either directly or indirectly concerning the Business Customers’ selection of security systems or devices for the protection of any data files or computers used to access the services or over Business Customers’ development or implementation of security procedures or the failure of Business Customers to maintain said procedures.

WE FSB AND OUR ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING THE IDENTITY OR AUTHENTICITY OF ANY PERSON CLAIMING TO BE A SUB- SUB-USER ADMINISTRATOR OF THE BUSINESS CUSTOMER. BUSINESS CUSTOMER ASSUMES ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF THE SERVICE OR COMPANY ACCOUNTS BY ITS SUB-USER ADMINISTRATOR. BUSINESS CUSTOMER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS US FSB AND OUR ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR ANY LIABILITY AND DAMAGES RESULTING FROM OUR ACTING UPON ANY DIRECTION, INSTRUCTION, OR INFORMATION THAT IS INITIATED WITH A LOGIN ID AND PASSWORD OF A SUB-USER ADMINISTRATOR. You agree that we may send notices and other communications, including emails, to the current address shown in our records, whether or not that address includes a designation for delivery to the attention of any particular individual. You further agree that we FSB and/or our its Service Providers will not be responsible or liable to you in any way if information is intercepted by an unauthorized person, either in transit or at your place of business. In addition, you agree to require all Sub-User Administrators to keep passwords secure and strictly confidential; Immediately notify us and select a new password if you or your Sub-User Administrator believe your passwords may have become known to an unauthorized person. We may disable passwords of Sub-User Administrators even without receiving such notice from you, if we suspect passwords are being used in an unauthorized or fraudulent manner. Business Customers shall be solely responsible for the development and implementation of all commercially reasonable procedures to control access to their computer systems and to protect any data files stored thereon. Business Customers shall be solely responsible for all appropriate and commercially reasonable, physical, logical, and network security systems and devices to protect the security of data files maintained on computer(s) used to access the service as well as the protection against unauthorized access to business computers, and/or networks used to access the service. Business Customers shall be solely responsible for any and all losses and damages arising from any authorized or unauthorized access to the service. We FSB and our its Service Providers shall have no obligation, liability or control, either directly or indirectly concerning the Business Customers’ selection of security systems or devices for the protection of any data files or computers used to access the services or over Business Customers’ development or implementation of security procedures or the failure of Business Customers to maintain said procedures.

Protecting Your Account. Digital Banking The Service will allow Business Customers to establish individual Login IDsNames, passwords, and privileges for each Sub-User AdministratorAuthorized User. Transaction history is maintained for each Login IDName. Business Customer(sAdditional fees maybe assessed for each Login Name. BUSINESS CUSTOMER(S) will be solely responsible for designating its Sub-User AdministratorWILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR DESIGNATING ITS AUTHORIZED USERS, assigning privilegesASSIGNING PRIVILEGES, and disclosing the identity of said users to Atmos and all changes thereof in writingAND DISCLOSING THE IDENTITY OF SAID USERS TO THIS INSTITUTION AND ALL CHANGES THEREOF IN WRITING. BUSINESS CUSTOMER REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THAT ITS SUB-USER ADMINISTRATOR AUTHORIZED USERS HAVE THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITY TO INITIATE TRANSFERS AND BILL PAYMENTS THROUGH DIGITAL BANKINGTHE SERVICE. BUSINESS CUSTOMER AUTHORIZES US THIS INSTITUTION AND OUR ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS TO ACT UPON, AND YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY, ANY TRANSACTION, WHETHER OR NOT AUTHORIZED, THAT IS INITIATED WITH YOUR LOGIN ID NAME AND PASSWORD AND/OR THE LOGIN ID NAME AND PASSWORD OF A SUB-USER ADMINISTRATORAN AUTHORIZED USER. WE THIS FINANCIAL INSTITUTION AND OUR ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING THE IDENTITY OR AUTHENTICITY OF ANY PERSON CLAIMING TO BE A SUB- AN AUTHORIZED USER ADMINISTRATOR OF THE BUSINESS CUSTOMER. BUSINESS CUSTOMER ASSUMES ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF THE SERVICE OR COMPANY ACCOUNTS BY ITS SUB-USER ADMINISTRATORAUTHORIZED USERS. BUSINESS CUSTOMER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS US THIS FINANCIAL INSTITUTION AND OUR ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR ANY LIABILITY AND DAMAGES RESULTING FROM OUR ACTING UPON ANY DIRECTION, INSTRUCTION, OR INFORMATION THAT IS INITIATED WITH A LOGIN AN ACCESS ID AND PASSCODE OF AN AUTHORIZED USER. YOU AGREE THAT WE MAY SEND NOTICES AND OTHER COMMUNICATIONS, INCLUDING EMAILS, TO THE CURRENT ADDRESS SHOWN IN OUR RECORDS, WHETHER OR NOT THAT ADDRESS INCLUDES A DESIGNATION FOR DELIVERY TO THE ATTENTION OF ANY PARTICULAR INDIVIDUAL. IN ADDITION, YOU AGREE TO  REQUIRE ALL AUTHORIZED USERS TO KEEP PASSCODES SECURE AND STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL;  IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY US AND SELECT A NEW PASSWORD IF YOU OR YOUR AUTHORIZED USERS BELIEVE YOUR PASSCODES MAY HAVE BECOME KNOWN TO AN UNAUTHORIZED PERSON. In additionLIABILITY OR CONTROL, you agree to require all Sub-User Administrators to keep passwords secure and strictly confidential; Immediately notify us and select a new password if you or your Sub-User Administrator believe your passwords may have become known to an unauthorized person. We may disable passwords of Sub-User Administrators even without receiving such notice from you, if we suspect passwords are being used in an unauthorized or fraudulent manner. Business Customers shall be solely responsible for the development and implementation of all commercially reasonable procedures to control access to their computer systems and to protect any data files stored thereon. Business Customers shall be solely responsible for all appropriate and commercially reasonable, physical, logical, and network security systems and devices to protect the security of data files maintained on computer(s) used to access the service as well as the protection against unauthorized access to business computers, and/or networks used to access the service. Business Customers shall be solely responsible for any and all losses and damages arising from any authorized or unauthorized access to the service. We and our Service Providers shall have no obligation, liability or control, either directly or indirectly concerning the Business CustomersEITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY CONCERNING THE BUSINESS CUSTOMERS’ selection of security systems or devices for the protection of any data files or computers used to access the services or over Business Customers’ development or implementation of security procedures or the failure of Business Customers to maintain said proceduresSELECTION OF SECURITY SYSTEMS OR DEVICES FOR THE PROTECTION OF ANY DATA FILES OR COMPUTERS USED TO ACCESS THE SERVICES OR OVER BUSINESS CUSTOMERS DEVELOPMENT OR IMPLEMENTATION OF SECURITY PROCEDURES OR THE FAILURE OF BUSINESS CUSTOMER TO MAINTAIN SAID PROCEDURES.

Digital Banking The Service will allow Business Customers to establish individual Login Access IDs, passwordspasscodes, and privileges for each Sub-User AdministratorAuthorized User. Transaction history is maintained for each Login Access ID. Business Customer(sAdditional fees maybe assessed for each Access ID. BUSINESS CUSTOMER(S) will be solely responsible for designating its Sub-User AdministratorWILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR DESIGNATING ITS AUTHORIZED USERS, assigning privilegesASSIGNING PRIVILEGES, and disclosing the identity of said users to Atmos and all changes thereof in writing. AND DISCLOSING THE IDENTITY OF SAID USERS TO THIS INSTITUTION AND ALL CHANGES THEREOF IN WRITING BUSINESS CUSTOMER REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THAT ITS SUB-USER ADMINISTRATOR AUTHORIZED USERS HAVE THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITY TO INITIATE TRANSFERS AND BILL XXXX PAYMENTS THROUGH DIGITAL BANKINGTHE SERVICE. In additionBUSINESS CUSTOMERS SHALL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL LOSSES AND DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY AUTHORIZED OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO THE SERVICE. THIS FINANCIAL INSTITUTION AND ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL HAVE NO OBLIGATION, you agree to require all Sub-User Administrators to keep passwords secure and strictly confidential; Immediately notify us and select a new password if you or your Sub-User Administrator believe your passwords may have become known to an unauthorized person. We may disable passwords of Sub-User Administrators even without receiving such notice from youLIABILITY OR CONTROL, if we suspect passwords are being used in an unauthorized or fraudulent manner. Business Customers shall be solely responsible for the development and implementation of all commercially reasonable procedures to control access to their computer systems and to protect any data files stored thereon. Business Customers shall be solely responsible for all appropriate and commercially reasonable, physical, logical, and network security systems and devices to protect the security of data files maintained on computer(s) used to access the service as well as the protection against unauthorized access to business computers, and/or networks used to access the service. Business Customers shall be solely responsible for any and all losses and damages arising from any authorized or unauthorized access to the service. We and our Service Providers shall have no obligation, liability or control, either directly or indirectly concerning the Business CustomersEITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY CONCERNING THE BUSINESS CUSTOMERS’ selection of security systems or devices for the protection of any data files or computers used to access the services or over Business Customers’ development or implementation of security procedures or the failure of Business Customers to maintain said proceduresSELECTION OF SECURITY SYSTEMS OR DEVICES FOR THE PROTECTION OF ANY DATA FILES OR COMPUTERS USED TO ACCESS THE SERVICES OR OVER BUSINESS CUSTOMERS DEVELOPMENT OR IMPLEMENTATION OF SECURITY PROCEDURES OR THE FAILURE OF BUSINESS CUSTOMER TO MAINTAIN SAID PROCEDURES.

Protecting Your Account. FSB Digital Banking will allow Business Customers to establish individual Login IDs, passwords, and privileges for each Sub-User Administrator. Transaction history is maintained for each Login ID. Business Customer(s) will be solely responsible for designating its Sub-User Administrator, assigning privileges, and disclosing the identity of said users to Atmos FSB and all changes thereof in writing. BUSINESS CUSTOMER REPRESENTS REPRESENT AND WARRANTS WARRANT THAT ITS SUB-USER ADMINISTRATOR HAVE THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITY TO INITIATE TRANSFERS AND BILL XXXX PAYMENTS THROUGH FSB DIGITAL BANKING. BUSINESS CUSTOMER AUTHORIZES US FSB AND OUR ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS TO ACT UPON, AND YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY, ANY TRANSACTION, WHETHER OR NOT AUTHORIZED, THAT IS INITIATED WITH YOUR LOGIN ID AND PASSWORD AND/OR THE LOGIN ID AND PASSWORD OF A SUB-USER ADMINISTRATOR. BUSINESS CUSTOMER(S) will be solely responsible for designating its Sub-User AdministratorWILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR DESIGNATING ITS AUTHORIZED USERS, assigning privilegesASSIGNING PRIVILEGES, and disclosing the identity of said users to Atmos and all changes thereof in writingAND DISCLOSING THE IDENTITY OF SAID USERS TO THIS INSTITUTION AND ALL CHANGES THEREOF IN WRITING. BUSINESS CUSTOMER REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THAT ITS SUB-USER ADMINISTRATOR AUTHORIZED USERS HAVE THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITY TO INITIATE TRANSFERS AND BILL PAYMENTS THROUGH DIGITAL BANKINGTHE SERVICE. BUSINESS CUSTOMER AUTHORIZES US THIS INSTITUTION AND OUR ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS TO ACT UPON, AND YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY, ANY TRANSACTION, WHETHER OR NOT AUTHORIZED, THAT IS INITIATED WITH YOUR LOGIN ACCESS ID AND PASSWORD PASSCODE AND/OR THE LOGIN ACCESS ID AND PASSWORD PASSCODE OF A SUB-USER ADMINISTRATORAN AUTHORIZED USER. FURTHERMORE, ANY INSTRUCTIONS, DIRECTIONS, OR OTHER INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE BUSINESS CUSTOMER, OR ANY OF ITS SUB-USER ADMINISTRATORSAUTHORIZED USERS, WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE BEEN AUTHORIZED BY THE BUSINESS CUSTOMER. WE THIS FINANCIAL INSTITUTION AND OUR ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING THE IDENTITY OR AUTHENTICITY OF ANY PERSON CLAIMING TO BE A SUB- AN AUTHORIZED USER ADMINISTRATOR OF THE BUSINESS CUSTOMER. BUSINESS CUSTOMER ASSUMES ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF THE SERVICE OR COMPANY ACCOUNTS BY ITS SUB-USER ADMINISTRATORAUTHORIZED USERS. BUSINESS CUSTOMER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS US THIS FINANCIAL INSTITUTION AND OUR ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR ANY LIABILITY AND DAMAGES RESULTING FROM OUR ACTING UPON ANY DIRECTION, INSTRUCTION, OR INFORMATION THAT IS INITIATED WITH A LOGIN AN ACCESS ID AND PASSCODE OF AN AUTHORIZED USER. YOU AGREE THAT WE MAY SEND NOTICES AND OTHER COMMUNICATIONS, INCLUDING EMAILS, TO THE CURRENT ADDRESS SHOWN IN OUR RECORDS, WHETHER OR NOT THAT ADDRESS INCLUDES A DESIGNATION FOR DELIVERY TO THE ATTENTION OF ANY PARTICULAR INDIVIDUAL. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT FINANCIAL INSTITUTION NAME AND/OR ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE TO YOU IN ANY WAY IF INFORMATION IS INTERCEPTED BY AN UNAUTHORIZED PERSON, EITHER IN TRANSIT OR AT YOUR PLACE OF BUSINESS. IN ADDITION, YOU AGREE TO  REQUIRE ALL AUTHORIZED USERS TO KEEP PASSCODES SECURE AND STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL;  IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY US AND SELECT A NEW PASSWORD IF YOU OR YOUR AUTHORIZED USERS BELIEVE YOUR PASSCODES MAY HAVE BECOME KNOWN TO AN UNAUTHORIZED PERSON. WE MAY DISABLE PASSCODES OF A SUB-USER ADMINISTRATORAUTHORIZED USERS EVEN WITHOUT RECEIVING SUCH NOTICE FROM YOU, IF WE SUSPECT PASSCODES ARE BEING USED IN AN UNAUTHORIZED OR FRAUDULENT MANNER. You agree that we may send notices and other communicationsBUSINESS CUSTOMERS SHALL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF ALL COMMERCIALLY REASONABLE PROCEDURES TO CONTROL ACCESS TO THEIR COMPUTER SYSTEMS AND TO PROTECT ANY DATA FILES STORED THEREON. BUSINESS CUSTOMERS SHALL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL APPROPRIATE AND COMMERCIALLY REASONABLE, including emailsPHYSICAL, to the current address shown in our recordsLOGICAL, whether or not that address includes a designation for delivery to the attention of any particular individualAND NETWORK SECURITY SYSTEMS AND DEVICES TO PROTECT THE SECURITY OF DATA FILES MAINTAINED ON COMPUTER(S) USED TO ACCESS THE SERVICE AS WELL AS THE PROTECTION AGAINST UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO BUSINESS COMPUTERS, AND/OR NETWORKS USED TO ACCESS THE SERVICE. You further agree that we and/or our Service Providers will not be responsible or liable to you in any way if information is intercepted by an unauthorized personBUSINESS CUSTOMERS SHALL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL LOSSES AND DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY AUTHORIZED OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO THE SERVICE. THIS FINANCIAL INSTITUTION AND ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL HAVE NO OBLIGATION, either in transit or at your place of business. In additionLIABILITY OR CONTROL, you agree to require all Sub-User Administrators to keep passwords secure and strictly confidential; Immediately notify us and select a new password if you or your Sub-User Administrator believe your passwords may have become known to an unauthorized person. We may disable passwords of Sub-User Administrators even without receiving such notice from you, if we suspect passwords are being used in an unauthorized or fraudulent manner. Business Customers shall be solely responsible for the development and implementation of all commercially reasonable procedures to control access to their computer systems and to protect any data files stored thereon. Business Customers shall be solely responsible for all appropriate and commercially reasonable, physical, logical, and network security systems and devices to protect the security of data files maintained on computer(s) used to access the service as well as the protection against unauthorized access to business computers, and/or networks used to access the service. Business Customers shall be solely responsible for any and all losses and damages arising from any authorized or unauthorized access to the service. We and our Service Providers shall have no obligation, liability or control, either directly or indirectly concerning the Business CustomersEITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY CONCERNING THE BUSINESS CUSTOMERS’ selection of security systems or devices for the protection of any data files or computers used to access the services or over Business Customers’ development or implementation of security procedures or the failure of Business Customers to maintain said proceduresSELECTION OF SECURITY SYSTEMS OR DEVICES FOR THE PROTECTION OF ANY DATA FILES OR COMPUTERS USED TO ACCESS THE SERVICES OR OVER BUSINESS CUSTOMERS DEVELOPMENT OR IMPLEMENTATION OF SECURITY PROCEDURES OR THE FAILURE OF BUSINESS CUSTOMER TO MAINTAIN SAID PROCEDURES.
