Protection Against Vandalism, Theft and Fire Damage. The Contractor shall take all necessary steps to protect and secure its Work, including all materials, tools, scaffolding, buildings, trailers, work shacks and other Materials and Equipment from vandalism, theft and fire damage, and the Owner and the Owner’s Representative shall not be responsible for losses or damages to such items.
