M/WBE Participation. The A/E, immediately after the execution of this Agreement, shall report their M/WBE participation goal as a percent of the total Basic Services Compensation. During the performance of all services under this Agreement, A/E and its consultants shall comply with all M/WBE policies of HISD as of the date of this Agreement, and as amended during the course of the Work. The information shall be identified per firm, discipline and participation.
M/WBE Participation. Contractor, immediately after the execution of this Contract, shall report their M/WBE participation goal as a percent of the total compensation. During the performance of all services under this Contract, Contractor shall comply with all M/WBE policies of HISD as of the date of this Contract, and as amended during the course of the Work. The information shall be identified per firm, discipline and participation. Throughout the period of Work the Contractor shall attempt to maintain the M/WBE goals as described in the Request for Proposal, Attachment D.
M/WBE Participation. The Commissioning Agent shall ensure that minority-owned business enterprises (“MBEs”), and women-owned business enterprises (“WBEs”) have the maximum opportunity to participate in the performance of this engagement, and shall make a good-faith effort to achieve the goals. [The Commissioning Agent represents and certifies that it is a minority-owned business enterprise (MBE) firm or a woman-owned business enterprise (WBE) firm or a dual minority-owned and woman-owned business enterprise (M/WBE) firm.] The Commissioning Agent [further] represents and certifies that it will include a combined minimum of 15% to 20% participation with a minority-owned business enterprise(s) (MBE) and a woman-owned business enterprise(s) (WBE) based on the total contract award in the performance of this School District Contract. The Commissioning Agent [further] represents and certifies that it is a minority-owned business enterprise (MBE) or a woman-owned business enterprise (WBE) or a dual minority-owned and woman-owned business enterprise (M/WBE) firm and that it will perform 100% of the total amount of services provided in the performance of this School District Contract, as set forth in the Proposal, M/WBE Participation Plan.] The Commissioning Agent [further] represents and certifies that it will use the following MBE and WBE firms as Subconsultants under this Contract in the percentages listed as set forth in the Proposal, M/WBE Participation Plan: (1) (MBE) – %; and (2) (WBE) – %. The Commissioning Agent’s Proposal, M/W/BE Participation Plan, is attached as Exhibit E and incorporated by reference into this Contract. The Commissioning Agent’s Proposal, M/WBE Participation Plan, shall be enforceable as any other contractual term or condition of this Contract. Sanction for breach of the Commissioning Agent’s Proposal, M/WBE Participation Plan, may include suspension, cancellation of this Contract and/or debarment from future contracting opportunities with the School District.
M/WBE Participation. It is the policy of TWC to encourage suppliers to subcontract with certified minority and women-owned business enterprises (“M/WBEs”) for products and services rendered to the extent such M/WBEs are available and qualified to perform such subcontracts. TWC shall require certification by city, state, or federal agencies; the National Minority Supplier Development Council and its affiliates; the Women’s Enterprise Business National Council; or other generally recognized certifying agencies from all firms claiming to be an M/WBE if and to the extent that Seller subcontracts the performance of any of its obligations under this Agreement to M/WBEs.
M/WBE Participation. VENDOR is a Certified MBE with SBBC, Certificate #7007-6253.

M/WBE Participation. Minority/Women-Owned Business Enterprises (“M/WBE”) shall have the opportunity to participate in this project. ARCHITECT is xxxxxx informed that the AGENCY has adopted the City of Riviera Beach’s goal of a minimum of 15% participation of M/WBE. A good faith effort will be made to hire M/WBE. In keeping with the AGENCY ’S policy, the ARCHITECT further agrees to hire minority sub-consultants to work on this project. In accordance with the City of Riviera Beach’s M/WBE Ordinance #2412, as amended, the ARCHITECT agrees to the M/WBE participation for this Contract and to abide by all provisions of the M/WBE Ordinance and understands that failure to comply with any of the requirements will be considered a breach of Contract. The ARCHITECT agrees to maintain all relevant records and information necessary to document compliance with Ordinance #2412, as amended, and will allow the AGENCY to inspect such records.
M/WBE Participation. JECO will provide for M/WBE participation during its performance of services under this contract agreement as set forth in JECO’s proposal.
M/WBE Participation. AJG will provide for M/WBE participation during its performance of services under this contract agreement by using Exigis, LLC and Kalimantan Environmental Services and as set forth in AJG’s proposal.
M/WBE Participation. VENDOR shall provide for M/WBE participation during its performance of services under this Agreement by listing SBBC Certified MWBEs’ participation commitment percentage set forth in the VENDOR’s proposal (Attachment B). VENDOR shall obtain prior written approval from the Officer, Economic Development & Diversity Compliance Department for any replacement of any of the entities listed above. Utilizing any entity other than the ones listed, respectively will be considered a breach of this Agreement. VENDOR is subject to debarment and any other remedy available for any breaches to this Agreement. Minority and/or Women-Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) Subcontracting Goals Program: SBBC has identified a twenty-nine percent (29%) participation goal for Submitting Firms that subcontract with eligible SBBC-Certified M/WBE firms for at least twenty-nine percent (29%) of the total contract value. See the definition of M/WBE in Section C.2. of Policy 3330. BIPM Comment – Should the reference Section read C.2. of the Policy? Penalties and Sanctions In the absence of a waiver granted by the SDOP or the self-performance of a portion or all of the S.B.E. subcontracting goal by a certified S.B.E. proposer, the failure of a proposer to attain a subcontracting goal for S.B.E. participation in the performance of its contract or otherwise comply with the provisions of this API shall be considered a material breach of contract, grounds for termination of that contract with the SBBC, and shall be subject to any penalties and sanctions available under the terms of the SDOP policy, its contract terms with the SBBC, or by law pursuant to the penalties and sanctions set forth in Section 13 of the Standard Operating Procedures for this Policy.
